Senior Specialist - Sales

● Execute a sales strategy provided by the leadership that aligned with our organizational goals and positions us for sustained growth.

● Track the sales details and provide observations to the leadership.

●  Your success will be measured by results, so setting and achieving ambitious targets is paramount.

●  Work closely with our marketing team to ensure synergy and alignment between sales and marketing efforts.

●  Document the sales process and updates regularly.

●  Bachelor's degree in a related field.

●  2-4 years of International BPO experience as a subject matter expert.

●  2 years of experience in sales is preferred.

●  Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.

●  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

●  Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
● Ready to work during US shift hours (India Night shift) is essential for this role.

● Candidates must have their own system/work setup for remote work.
