Senior Staff Engineer, UKG Dimension

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience: 10+ years
• Extensive experience as a UKG Dimensions Developer
• Strong expertise in UKG Platform API and UKG Integration
• Experience integrating Workday with UKG
• Proficiency in relational database development, including PL/SQL, procedures, and functions
• Experience with Oracle EBS 
• Should have Dell Boomi Certification 
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain UKG Dimensions applications and integrations
• Utilize UKG Platform API for custom development and enhancements
• Design and implement integration solutions between UKG and other systems, including Workday
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures and functions for relational databases
• Ensure quality and performance of developed solutions through rigorous testing
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for UKG Dimensions applications
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UKG development and integration

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
