We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team and drive the identification, engagement, and hiring of high-quality technical talent. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise as a Technical Recruiter, with hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles. This role requires excellent sourcing skills, strong candidate engagement capabilities, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand and fulfill hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Source and identify qualified candidates for technical positions through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other talent channels.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements, team structures, role expectations, and candidate profiles.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate candidates based on technical experience, relevant skills, career progression, communication, and organizational fit.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future technology hiring requirements.
• Handle multiple technical requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality, turnaround time, and candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring smooth communication throughout the selection process.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, feedback collection, salary discussions, offer negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and maintain an active network of technology professionals.
• Track recruitment metrics such as sourcing activity, pipeline conversion, interview ratios, offer acceptance, and joining rates.
• Stay updated on technology hiring trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive talent markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and candidate experience.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience as a Technical Recruiter / Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Proven expertise in recruiting for software engineering, product, data, cloud, DevOps, QA, AI/ML, and other technology roles.
• Strong understanding of technical job requirements and the ability to assess candidates against role-specific skills.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate identification capabilities using LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple positions and recruitment pipelines.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in Talent Acquisition strategy and workforce hiring.
• Exposure to large-scale Tech Recruitment across multiple technology functions.
• Experience with US Recruitment and familiarity with US hiring practices, candidate markets, time zones, and recruitment processes.
• Experience working with ATS/recruitment platforms and maintaining recruitment dashboards and reports.
• Exposure to international or global hiring environments.

Experience

5–11 years of relevant experience in Technical Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Technology Hiring.
