This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager based in India.
This role sits at the heart of large-scale engineering execution, driving the delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will act as the operational backbone connecting engineering, product, and design teams while ensuring predictable, high-quality software delivery. The position requires strong command over Agile delivery, SDLC/PDLC optimization, and end-to-end program governance. You will be responsible for maintaining transparency across multiple workstreams, proactively managing risks, and ensuring execution excellence from planning to release. A key part of the role involves improving delivery systems using modern tooling and AI-driven workflows to enhance efficiency and predictability. This is a highly strategic and execution-focused role where you will influence both day-to-day delivery and long-term engineering operating models.
Accountabilities:
- Own and drive end-to-end execution of complex, multi-team technical programs, ensuring delivery against roadmap commitments, dependencies, and milestones.
- Lead program and portfolio planning, proactively identifying risks, blockers, and alignment gaps while ensuring timely mitigation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, Scrum rituals, and Kanban execution to improve team velocity and predictability.
- Continuously optimize SDLC/PDLC processes to enhance delivery quality, security, and operational efficiency.
- Act as a communication bridge across engineering, product, UX, and leadership teams, ensuring clear, data-driven status visibility.
- Drive execution discipline by ensuring accountability, tracking deliverables to closure, and resolving blockers end-to-end.
- Lead quarterly and strategic planning cycles to align engineering capacity with business priorities and product goals.
- Leverage modern AI tools to streamline reporting, automate program tracking, and improve execution efficiency.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within SaaS, cloud, or identity/security-focused environments.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) with the ability to adapt frameworks based on delivery needs.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-scale initiatives and drive them to successful completion in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills with strong emotional intelligence and the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence, plus Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical and execution mindset with a focus on clarity, structure, and delivery outcomes.
- AI-forward mindset with curiosity and practical use of generative AI tools to enhance productivity and insights.
- Bonus: Background in engineering, architecture, or technical leadership; experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or directory services; certifications such as PMP, CSM, or CSP.
