Job Description - ServiceNow CSM Consultant (Senior) ID39272

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Own end-to-end implementation of CSM for a newly acquired insurance business;

- Configure case flows, SLA rules, business logic, and escalation paths;

- Rapidly build service portals, intake forms, and knowledge integrations;

- Integrate customer data with backend systems via REST/IntegrationHub;

- Deliver working solutions in agile sprints, from kickoff to final UAT.

MUST HAVES

- 4+ years ServiceNow experience, 2+ years in CSM delivery;

- Mastery of case management, knowledge setup, portals, and Virtual Agent;

- Hands-on scripting in JavaScript, Glide, and Flow Designer;

- Experience working directly with business stakeholders in short delivery cycles;

- Strong English communication skills and a self-starting attitude.
