WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Implement SAM Pro module configurations from scratch;

- Build normalization, reconciliation, and usage reporting logic;

- Integrate licensing platforms and entitlement data;

- Consult on compliance risks and cost optimizations;

- Collaborate directly with global enterprise stakeholders.

MUST HAVES

- 5+ years on ServiceNow, 2+ years SAM Pro experience;

- Deep understanding of license models (MSFT, Oracle, Adobe, etc.);

- Strong scripting, REST APIs, and workflow configuration skills;

- High accountability and attention to license detail;

- Comfortable working independently or as lead on small teams;

- Upper-Intermediate English level.
