Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured technical interview and skill evaluation conducted by a subject-matter expert to validate ServiceNow competencies.
  
• Demonstrate proficiency across various ServiceNow modules, including System Administration, Development, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, Integrations, or Platform Architecture.
  
• Engage in professional discussions regarding technical capabilities and past project experiences with industry experts.
  
• Accept feedback and ratings resulting from the assessment to understand areas of strength and potential growth.
  
• Remain available for potential matching with partner opportunities that align with the candidate's specific skill set and profile.
  

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  
• Proficiency in one or more ServiceNow categories, such as Administration, Scripting/Development, IT Service Management, IT Operations, Customer Service, HR Service Delivery, Security Operations, Integrations, or Architecture.
  
• Current availability for employment, specifically demonstrating a gap of at least one month from previous employment.
  
• Confidence in technical abilities, with a readiness to undergo rigorous, real-world technical testing rather than a standard resume review.
  
• Professional demeanor suitable for interviews and evaluations by senior ServiceNow experts.
