We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and execute digital engagement strategies for a healthcare-focused brand. This role involves building a strong online presence, engaging with audiences, and promoting dermatology and aesthetic services through impactful content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting and community engagement
• Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights and trends
• Collaborate with medical and internal teams to effectively promote services and treatments
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform algorithms

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in social media management, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle domains
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools
• Hands-on experience with video editing and image editing software
• Ability to manage and grow Instagram and YouTube channels effectively
