Must have skills: Manual & Automation Testing, Selenium / TestNG / JUnit, API Testing (Postman / REST Assured), Defect Tracking (JIRA / Bugzilla), SDLC & STLC Knowledge, and CI/CD Tools (Jenkins / Git).
Good to have skills: Performance Testing (JMeter / LoadRunner), Security Testing, Database Testing (SQL), Cloud Testing (AWS / Azure), Scripting Languages (Python / Java), and Knowledge of AI/ML or Automation Framework Design.
Experience: 5+ years of experience is required

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Leading a team of testers and being responsible for the quality of their work
Creating and executing functional test plans and test cases, both manual and automated testing for web applications, and performing regression testing.
Identifying and documenting defects
Tracking Quality Assurance metrics (e.g. defect density, open defect count)
Execute Manual and Automation test scripts
Participating in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives
Coordinating with other teams to ensure the timely delivery of quality software products
Tracking and logging defects during execution
Identify and test for functional 'edge cases' outside of the expected workflow
Creating and executing functional test plans and test cases, both manual and automated testing for web applications, and performing regression testing.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate with a Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Web-based applications, Test automation like Selenium, WebDriver, and other automation technologies
Prior EdTech experience is required.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong experience in writing test scenarios and test cases
Good knowledge of SQL queries and database testing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
