Job Overview:

Looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer to lead our AI initiatives and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and data science, along with proven experience in designing and implementing AI systems at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI algorithms and models to address complex business challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop AI-driven solutions that align with strategic objectives
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the AI engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
• Conduct research and experimentation to explore new AI techniques, algorithms, and technologies, and drive innovation within the organization
• Architect scalable and efficient software architectures for AI applications, considering factors such as performance, reliability, and scalability
• Ensure the quality and reliability of AI systems through rigorous testing, validation, and optimization efforts
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in AI, machine learning, and related fields, and incorporate them into the development process
• Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize AI initiatives based on business impact

Requirements:

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI engineering, with a proven track record of designing and implementing AI solutions in real-world applications
• Expertise in machine learning techniques, such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python, Java, or C++
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including software design, data structures, and algorithms
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and data sets
• Effective communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with DevOps practices
• Previous experience in leading AI projects or teams
• Contributions to the AI research community, such as publications, patents, or open-source projects
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience deploying AI models in production environments
• Familiarity with big data technologies, such as Apache Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
