Job Overview:

As a Senior Blockchain Web3 Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex blockchain solutions and decentralized applications (dApps). Leveraging your expertise in blockchain technology, smart contract development, and Web3 frameworks, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions on various blockchain networks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical strategy, and shape the future of decentralized technology.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Polkadot
• Design and implement scalable and secure solutions for decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, decentralized exchanges (DEXs), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), or other blockchain use cases
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, reviewing code, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to define project requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimization of smart contracts and dApps to ensure performance, security, and compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, standards, and protocols to inform technical decisions, innovation strategies, and product roadmaps
• Document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and code patterns to facilitate collaboration, onboarding, and future maintenance of blockchain projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in blockchain development, with a focus on smart contracts, dApps, and Web3 solutions
• Expertise in blockchain programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, or Go, and proficiency in front-end development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.js
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus mechanisms, cryptographic principles, and decentralized networks
• Proven track record of delivering complex blockchain projects from concept to production, with a strong emphasis on scalability, security, and usability
• Experience with blockchain development frameworks and tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, or Remix, and familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and standards
