Job Description - Sr. Customer Success Associate

Job Overview:

Looking for a self-driven, accountable, responsible Customer Success Associate with 3 - 5 years of experience who is willing to learn and grow and has strong communication skills. They are someone with strong experience in client management, customer success, support or account management role at a financial services/technology company (ie FactSet, MSCI, Enfusion, S&P, etc).

They are someone who can start immediately or join within 15 days. This is a remote job but the candidate might be required to visit the office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Onboard/ train new users and help with rolling out EDS after go live
  • Respond to and manage all support tickets - 1st class support
  • Meet with clients frequently to ensure EDS meets their ongoing needs
  • Communicate to clients upcoming product enhancements
  • Develop and maintain strong, active relationships with key decision makers
  • Monitor engagement and track low usage users
  • Help improve client documentation and our help center
  • Become an expert on the EDS platform

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of investment management workflows and operations
  • 3-5 years experience in Customer support
  • Client facing experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively

  • Highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Patient and active listener
  • Passion for service

Qualities:

  • Outstanding multitasking abilities and experience in any finance sector
  • Extraordinary energy, highly motivated and ability to work in a high octane startup environment

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor or master's in finance or Applied Statistics & Analytics
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
