Looking for a talented individual with 10+ years experience in event planning and marketing. They are someone who have delivered end-to-end bespoke online and offline events for B2C business right from ideation, sponsorships, vendor management, internal stakeholder management, post event activities, etc.
They should be tenacious in solving problems while maintaining customer empathy.
They should staying in Mumbai or Pune and be able to join within 30 days
Job Responsibilities:
Ideation, curation and execution of bespoke events with an outlook towards the B2C part of the business
Collaborating with third-party vendors to develop exciting event experiences (e.g., event and creative firms, and offline/online platform providers)
Work with internal business stakeholders to coordinate participation across themes
Coordinating with PR team for ensuring visibility/branding around the event
Sponsorship management: overseeing deliverable commitment(s) by organizers
Work with internal business stakeholders to manage the event requirements for these teams
Post event reporting and analysis of event activities and ROI
Work closely with the procurement and agency teams to for best cost negotiations and P&L management
Supporting the wider Marketing team in the execution of smaller events which operate as part of wider integrated campaigns where necessary
Working in close partnership with appointed agencies, and managing budgets, timelines, and project deliverables
Setting up a strong network of vendors / Agencies for various activities planned - Planning and facilitating logistics for all events, including contract negotiations, guest lists, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decor, and marketing materials
Maintain And Develop a Database of Vendors and Suppliers PAN India and for smooth functioning for hectic and urgent requirements
Keep yourself updated with new technologies, anchors, stand-ups, singers, special acts, motivational speakers etc that are relevant to older adults
Responsible for materials received during sponsored activations/events and see to it that underutilized materials are sent back to the client
Keeping an open and clear communication with the Programming, Creative and accounts team. Similarly, keep the terms of payment clear with vendors
Mandatory Requirements:
Experience developing and coordinating events
Writing high quality external communications documents, including marketing materials as required

Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma/Degree/Certification in Event management
10+ years of experience in event planning and marketing
Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple projects at once
