We are seeking a Strategic Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth and transformation within industrial clients by delivering advanced, technology-led solutions. This role combines consultative selling, technical understanding, and strategic account management to help clients adopt an integrated ecosystem of Industrial AI software, IoT sensors, automation hardware, and specialty chemistry solutions.
The ideal candidate operates with both a Hunter–Farmer mindset, expanding existing accounts while identifying and closing new enterprise opportunities. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to diagnose operational challenges and recommend tailored, data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, yield, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Account Expansion & Upselling
Strengthen relationships within a portfolio of enterprise clients and identify opportunities for deeper engagement.
Drive adoption of full-solution offerings—from software platforms to sensor-based automation and chemical solutions.
Implement structured cross-sell and upsell initiatives to maximize account lifetime value.
New Business Acquisition
Identify, engage, and secure new corporate accounts using a consultative, technology-first sales approach.
Displace traditional vendor relationships by positioning AI, IoT, and automation-led solutions.
Develop business cases and proposals that demonstrate clear operational and financial ROI for clients.
Consultative Diagnostics & Solutioning
Conduct on-site audits, process diagnostics, and shop-floor assessments with technical teams.
Map operational workflows and identify areas for improvement, leveraging AI and sensor technology.
Translate complex industrial challenges into actionable, technology-driven solutions for clients.
Industry & Domain Expertise
Build deep expertise in core manufacturing verticals, starting with Pulp & Paper, and expand to sectors like Metals, Mining, and Oil & Gas.
Engage effectively with plant engineers, R&D teams, and production leaders to establish credibility and trust.
Adoption & Change Management
Ensure successful deployment and integration of solutions into client operations.
Support change management initiatives to drive long-term adoption and measurable business impact.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
Maintain strong, multi-level relationships with plant-level and corporate stakeholders.
Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering long-term partnerships and multi-year engagements.
Who You Are
Technical & Industrial Knowledge: Background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related industrial domains, with comfort operating in plant environments.
Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to develop strategic proposals, business cases, and account plans.
Consultative Sales Expertise: Track record in enterprise sales combining account growth (farming) and new client acquisition (hunting).
Technology-Oriented: Passion for leveraging AI, IoT, and sensor-based solutions beyond traditional product sales.
Relationship Builder: Skilled at developing deep, trust-based relationships with both operational and executive stakeholders.
