This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant based in India.
This is a fully remote contract opportunity for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional leading HR technology transformation initiatives.
The role focuses on delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, from initial requirements gathering and solution design through deployment and ongoing optimization.
You will partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to align digital solutions with organizational processes and workforce needs.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale HR transformation projects within a global enterprise environment.
You will combine strategic consulting expertise with hands-on system configuration, testing, training, and support activities.

Accountabilities:
The SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant will lead and support full-cycle HR technology implementations while ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Acting as a key point of contact between business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Collaborating with HR teams to map business processes, compliance requirements, and workforce strategies to SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configuring and optimizing SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession, Compensation, and Recruitment.
- Supporting change management initiatives, including user training, communication plans, and adoption activities.
- Managing project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
- Providing stabilization support after deployment and recommending best practices for future system enhancements.
- Creating and maintaining project documentation, user guides, and support materials.
- Advising stakeholders on HR technology improvements and opportunities to maximize platform value.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise, consulting experience, and the ability to manage complex HR technology projects. Required qualifications and skills include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, including multiple full-cycle implementations.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and their alignment with SuccessFactors functionality.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors configuration, optimization, testing, and support activities.
- Experience working in consulting environments or directly with external clients is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of multiple SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession, Compensation, and Recruitment.
- Strong project management skills; PMP or similar certification is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to create clear documentation, deliver user training, and provide ongoing support.
- Experience with HR technology ecosystems and integrations with other enterprise platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with global teams.
