What You'll Do:

Own and drive end-to-end recruitment cycles — from role briefing to offer rollout

Work closely with Founders, CXOs, and HR Leaders across startups and enterprises

Source and engage top talent via job portals, social media, referrals, and outbound strategies

Screen candidates and assess fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment

Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and manage candidate pipelines in ATS/CRM

Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless experience

Support in designing JDs, job branding, and market-mapping for niche and leadership roles

Provide insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices

What You Bring:

2 to 7 years of recruitment experience (agency or consulting preferred)

Proven track record in hiring for tech, product, marketing, or business roles

Exceptional communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills

Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail

Comfort working in dynamic, high-growth, and client-facing environments

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or any ATS is a big plus
