Job Description - Talent Acquisition Partner

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner in India.
This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for high-growth technology teams, focusing on enterprise product, cloud, and cybersecurity roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. The position demands hands-on involvement across all stages of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. You will play a strategic role in improving recruiting processes, implementing tools and best practices, and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives. Success in this role requires both strong technical knowledge of recruiting for enterprise technology positions and exceptional interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively. Your work will directly impact the growth, culture, and innovation of fast-moving, high-performing teams.

Accountabilities:

    • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies for current and future roles.
    • Manage full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing candidates, and guiding managers through offer negotiations.
    • Conduct proactive candidate outreach through direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
    • Maintain close communication with hiring teams to coordinate multiple concurrent searches and ensure timely hiring.
    • Develop recruiting plans that expand the candidate pool and ensure a diverse and qualified pipeline.
    • Recommend process improvements and implement tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting function.
    • Requirements:
    • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with direct experience in sales, solutions engineering, or customer success recruiting in enterprise technology sectors.
    • Strong full-cycle recruiting skills, including sourcing, assessment, and offer management.
    • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing automation tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally.
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
    • Experience recruiting for enterprise product companies spanning cloud networking, distributed systems, big data, and cybersecurity is preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
