We combine data-driven sourcing, AI-powered screening, and human-first engagement strategies to build pipelines faster, reduce time-to-hire, and elevate candidate experience—all while staying 100% remote and agile. You’ll be at the core of our mission to transform hiring into a strategic, scalable, and candidate-centric function. Role & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from role scoping and sourcings to offer closure—for tech and non-tech roles across engineering, product, sales, and operations.


• Build and execute sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and niche communities to proactively identify high-intent passive candidates.


• Partner with hiring managers to define role competencies, interview playbooks, and hiring KPIs—aligning talent strategy with business goals.


• Conduct structured phone/video screenings, assess cultural fit and role readiness, and present curated shortlists with compelling candidate narratives.


• Drive candidate engagement through timely communication, feedback loops, and personalized outreach—ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.


• Track and report on recruitment metrics (sourcing efficiency, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate) and continuously optimize processes using ATS and CRM tools.
