Talent Outreach and Engagement Consultant

The Talent Outreach and Engagement Consultant will be responsible for developing candidate engagement strategies, expanding talent networks, and enhancing the overall experience of professionals interacting with the platform. The role requires a combination of recruitment knowledge, communication skills, and creative outreach capabilities.

• Identify and engage potential candidates through multiple channels, including professional networks, social media platforms, job boards, and talent communities.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through personalized communication, networking, and ongoing engagement.


• Develop outreach campaigns and engagement strategies to attract and retain qualified professionals.


• Share relevant career insights, industry trends, job opportunities, and resources to maintain candidate interest.


• Customize outreach approaches based on candidates’ skills, backgrounds, goals, and career aspirations.


• Collaborate with internal teams to improve candidate experience and address challenges throughout the talent journey.


• Analyze candidate behavior, engagement metrics, and feedback to optimize outreach strategies.


• Create engaging content such as articles, webinars, presentations, videos, and career resources to support talent engagement.


• Collect candidate feedback and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and platform interactions.


• Represent the platform as a talent ambassador by communicating its value and opportunities to prospective candidates.


• Monitor market trends, competitor practices, and emerging approaches in recruitment marketing and candidate engagement.


• Map and improve the candidate journey from initial contact through successful placement.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a people-focused recruitment or talent engagement professional with strong communication skills, digital awareness, and the ability to create meaningful relationships with candidates. Experience in recruitment, HR, marketing, or community engagement environments will be highly valuable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.


• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, candidate engagement, or community management.


• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate relationship management, and recruitment processes.


• Experience using professional networks and social media platforms for talent outreach and engagement.


• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies applied to recruitment and employer branding is a plus.


• Ability to use data insights and analytics to understand candidate behavior and improve engagement initiatives.


• Experience creating engaging content, including written content, presentations, webinars, or videos, is beneficial.


• Excellent networking skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, employers, and industry professionals.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.


• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
