Job Description

As a Women Tech Lead in Data Analytics at Bloomfieldx, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and delivery team — owning client relationships, leading a team of analysts and data scientists, and driving projects from kickoff to closure.

Key Responsibilities

Client Handling

• Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, understanding requirements and translating them into actionable data strategies


• Manage client expectations proactively — status updates, escalations, and scope discussions


• Present findings, dashboards, and recommendations clearly and confidently to clients at all levels


• Build long-term client trust through consistent, reliable delivery

Team Handling

• Lead, mentor, and manage the day-to-day performance of a team of analysts and data scientists


• Allocate work, review output quality, and support skill development within the team


• Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture across evening-shift operations


• Handle conflict resolution and performance conversations within the team

Project Handling

• Own projects end-to-end — planning, execution, tracking, and delivery within timelines and budget


• Run sprint planning and agile ceremonies; manage tickets/tasks via ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools


• Identify risks early and drive mitigation across cross-functional teams


• Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and quality standards are met throughout delivery

Must-Have Skills

• Demonstrated experience handling clients directly (requirement gathering, expectation management, presentations)


• Proven experience leading and managing a team, not just individual contribution


• Hands-on experience managing projects end-to-end, including timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Flexibility to work evening shifts as per business requirements

Technical Requirements 

• Ticketing System — ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar platforms (e.g., Jira, Zendesk)


• Scrum Methodology — Agile practices, sprint planning, and execution


• SQL — Query writing, data extraction, and database fundamentals


• Data Analytics / Visualization Tools — Working knowledge of any relevant tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, Excel)


• Leadership & Communication — Strong leadership presence with clear, client-ready communication

Work Mode & Location

Mode: Remote 
Shift: Evening shifts (3 PM to 12 AM)
Preferred: Tamil Nadu candidates
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a relevant role, with proven client, team, and project handling experience
