Technical Project Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Project Coordinator who brings hands-on development experience along with client-facing expertise on the Upwork platform. This role involves closely coordinating with clients, understanding their requirements, assisting in project planning, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the internal development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate ongoing web and mobile development projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  

• Act as the main point of contact for clients on Upwork—handling queries, updates, and feedback.
  

• Assist in drafting project proposals, estimates, and timelines on Upwork.
  

• Translate client needs into clear, actionable requirements for the development team.
  

• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and escalate issues as needed.
  

• Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, status updates, and meeting notes.
  

• Work with team leads and developers to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  

• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of development experience in web or mobile technologies.
  

• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or client communication.
  

• Experience managing clients and projects through Upwork is mandatory.
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English (written & verbal).
  

• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
  

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
