Accountabilities:
As a Technology Consultant, you will support technical implementations, manage product data, and contribute to automation and integration initiatives. You will work on customer-focused projects while ensuring accuracy, scalability, and efficiency across technical processes.
- Manage structured and unstructured technical product data to support customer and business requirements.
- Create, maintain, and improve logical, rule-based automation processes to enhance data accuracy and consistency.
- Execute customer projects ranging from one to nine months, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with senior team members during onboarding and learning phases to understand processes, tools, and technical requirements.
- Support data extraction, updates, and manipulation activities using SQL and related technologies.
- Analyze technical information, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to process optimization.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Support integration activities involving APIs, JSON, XML, and network communication concepts.
- Follow structured workflows while suggesting improvements to automation and operational processes.
- Align working schedules primarily with international teams and support global project collaboration.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a technical background, strong analytical abilities, and an interest in data-driven technology solutions. You should be comfortable working with complex datasets, learning new technologies, and collaborating with global stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, engineering, integration, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large or complex datasets.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured technical product data.
- SQL knowledge for data extraction, manipulation, and basic database operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience with technical product data, industrial, automation, or electrical domains is preferred.
- Familiarity with API calls, JSON, XML, and network communication concepts.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with Ruby is a plus.
- Understanding of front-end technologies and integration structures is beneficial.
- Customer-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively in a structured environment.
