This role offers a dynamic opportunity to create compelling video content that drives brand storytelling, marketing campaigns, and digital engagement. You will manage end-to-end video production, from ideation to editing, while collaborating closely with producers, marketers, and content partners. Accountabilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Curate, repurpose, and optimize video content across multiple channels and formats.
- Collaborate with producers, marketers, and content partners to ensure videos align with brand standards, tone, and narrative goals.
- Lead or support new video initiatives and creative projects with minimal supervision.
- Assist with production workflows, including basic motion graphics, formatting, and post-production tasks.
- Communicate production timelines, needs, and processes clearly to cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or digital media production.
- Strong proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms.
- Excellent storytelling skills with attention to pacing, tone, and visual consistency.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or visual effects.
- Familiarity with content performance metrics and optimization strategies.
- Experience in mission-driven, nonprofit, or startup environments is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
