We are seeking a Video Producer / Motion Designer to own video content end-to-end—from concept development to final delivery. This role focuses on creating high-quality video content for product launches, marketing campaigns, and social platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and the website. The emphasis is on clarity, storytelling, and rhythm—bringing product experiences to life on screen through thoughtful motion design and clean visual execution. As the first dedicated video producer, you will play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Product and Go-To-Market teams to understand new features and translate them into engaging video narratives.
• Conceptualize and produce short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and product teasers.
• Create long-form content including product launch videos, demos, explainers, and YouTube content.
• Collaborate with leadership on creative direction and independently manage end-to-end video production.
• Combine motion graphics with product screen captures to produce polished, cohesive visuals.
• Edit videos with a strong sense of timing, pacing, and sound design to enhance viewer engagement.
• Ensure message clarity while maintaining a high visual and aesthetic standard.
• Optimize and adapt video assets for multiple platforms, formats, and use cases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in video production or motion design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, screen capture workflows, and product-focused storytelling.
• Excellent understanding of rhythm, pacing, and sound design.
• Ability to take loose concepts and transform them into high-quality, finished videos.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with a product-first mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and iterating based on feedback.
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of design and visual quality.
