Role Overview: We seek a skilled and experienced Developer specializing in WordPress and Odoo ERP integration. Your primary role will involve managing our WordPress e-commerce site, developing robust integrations with Odoo ERP, and maintaining secure and optimized server environments.

Key Responsibilities:

WordPress & WooCommerce Development:

• Develop, customize, and maintain a responsive WordPress e-commerce website.
  
• Implement and modify custom themes and plugins according to provided UI/UX designs.
  
• Optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading, SEO friendliness, and mobile responsiveness.
  

2. Odoo ERP Integration:

• Develop and maintain API integrations between WooCommerce and Odoo ERP for seamless synchronisation of products, orders, inventory, and customer data.
  
• Automate business workflows within Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM).
  

3. Server & Security Management:

• Deploy and manage websites hosted on WP Engine.
  
• Implement security solutions using Sucuri, manage ongoing monitoring, and respond promptly to security threats.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience (minimum 3-4 years) in WordPress development and Odoo ERP integration.
  
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WooCommerce, and WordPress customization.
  
• Strong backend development experience in Python for Odoo ERP. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, webhooks, and integration practices.
  
• Experience with server environments (WP Engine) and robust security management (Sucuri).
  
• Knowledge of responsive web design and SEO best practices.
  
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience developing e-commerce websites integrated with ERP systems.
  
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
  
• Experience working with UI/UX design tools like Figma.
  

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
  
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  

Location Preference:

• Preferred location is Kerala, Thrissur. However, we are open to remote candidates across India.
  

Salary Range:

• INR 35,000 to INR 40,000 per month.
