We are seeking a passionate and driven Fitness Trainer (Women Only) for a remote coaching role within a women-exclusive fitness program. This position is designed for professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality online coaching experiences and creating meaningful, long-term transformation for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-energy, live online coaching sessions with clarity and confidence.
• Apply strong knowledge of biomechanics and movement patterns to ensure safe and effective training.
• Deliver a student-first coaching experience focused on long-term results.
• Demonstrate empathy, emotional intelligence, and accountability while working with clients.
• Take ownership of post-session engagement and follow-ups to support student success.
• Work flexible shifts (6–8 hours) within the 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM window.
• Actively participate in feedback loops and continuous professional development.
• Strive to consistently understand, anticipate, and exceed student expectations.
