Univers Bazefield is the world-leading provider of the Bazefield Operation Management System, specializing in the renewable energy market. We develop, sell, and deliver Bazefield as a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform or as an on-premises solution. The renewable energy sector is rapidly expanding and highly competitive and encompasses wind, solar, storage (BESS), hydro, and hybrid energy systems. This market includes both established, large-scale energy companies and new entrants. Our customers use Bazefield to monitor, analyse, and optimize their energy assets.

As part of our ongoing expansion, we are growing our operations in Noida, India and we are excited to hire new members to our team in diverse Product Engineer roles in our Customer Service department. We are looking for a candidate(s) with different levels of experience, from 4 years and above.

2.    Renewable Energy Technical Senior Engineer

We are seeking Renewable Energy Engineer(s) for System Configuration, System Integrations, IT/OT.

Do you want to contribute to the efficient Bazefield system services to energy sites around the world?

Do you want to acquire in-depth knowledge of the product's features, functionality, and applications to effectively implement, trouble-shoot, and help clients and colleagues solve technical tasks and problems?

As a Product Engineer you will work within our delivery and/or support team.

Role & Responsibilities:
-    Onboarding of new sites: IT/OT system integration, connectivity to sites, configuration, dataflow, calculations
-    Custom configurations as determined from the customer: new integrations, reports, dashboards and key performance metrics
-    Handling of 3rd line technical support enquiries raised by customers
-    Update documentation, knowledge base, report findings with product to R&D, possibly providing training for clients or internal team members
-    You will work in one of the delivery or support teams and report task status and progress to a Team Leader
-    Commissioning of sites worldwide, with opportunities to travel

Skills & Qualifications:
-    Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, think critically, and resolve issues accurately and effectively.
-    Understanding client needs. Eager to improve and effective problem-solving skills.
-    Clear, concise communication, able to translate technical details for both technical and non-technical contacts.
-    Experience with technical aspects of IT systems, especially SCADA and the different interfaces/protocols/configurations connected to SCADA, as system owner, system developer, system engineer, or other relevant/similar skills.
-    Bachelor's or Master’s degree in System Development, Engineering or other relevant. We are open to candidates with relevant work experience that can serve the same purpose.
-    4+ years of experience in SCADA, renewable management systems
-    Fluent in English both written and oral. Other languages are a plus.
