Reporting Analyst

• Ensure
  all client reporting deliverables and commitments are reviewed accurately
  and delivered timely.
  
• The
  Analyst will be responsible for addressing the Investor’s queries on time.
  
• Understand
  and analyze the payment histories and loan amortization to identify
  inconsistencies.
  
• Analyse the collection of borrower funds and
  timely remittance of funds to Investor.
  
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports
  regarding all cash deposits.
  
• Provide documentation to support all financial
  transactions
  
• Assist internal and
  external auditing with the documentation.​
  

Requirements

• A post -graduate
  degree (preferably MBA in Finance) with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  in Institutional Operations, Client Servicing, or Reporting capacity.
  
• Excellent
  analytical skills and equivalent mortgage servicing experience is
  preferable.
  
• Excellent
  communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain
  collaborative relationships internally and with external clients.
  
• Experience
  in gathering, organizing, and reporting information.
  
• Adhere to
  the highest standards with problem -solving skills and a demonstrated
  ability to take initiative.
  
• Expertise
  in Office 365 with advanced Excel skills and reporting skills in MS Excel.
  
• Excellent organization skills, ability to
  prioritize multiple tasks to deliver the right results in a timely manner.
  
• Ability to multi -task, a strong attention to
  detail, proficiency with numbers, and effective organizational skills.
