Job Description - Require a Packing Executive in Dahej, Bharuch

Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations and chemical processes.
Conduct advanced chemical analysis and interpretation of results.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and quality control procedures.
Collaborate with cross -functional teams to support product development and process optimization.
Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, results, and procedures.
Identify and implement improvements in testing methodologies and operational workflows.
Train and mentor junior team members in laboratory techniques and safety practices.

Requirements

AM – B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry (5–9 years)

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry with 5–9 years of relevant experience in a laboratory or industrial setting.
Proven experience in managing laboratory operations and leading technical teams.
Strong knowledge of chemical analysis techniques, safety regulations, and quality control systems.
Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and documentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and mentor team members.
Proficiency in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and standard data analysis tools.
