Job Description - Require a Pilot Plant Officer in Dahej ,Bharuch

Design, analyze, and optimize chemical processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
Conduct process simulations and feasibility studies using industry -standard software
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all operations
Collaborate with cross -functional teams to implement process improvements and new technologies
Lead troubleshooting efforts for process deviations and equipment performance issues
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders
Support pilot -scale testing and scale -up activities from lab to production

Requirements

Qualification: M.Sc / B.E – Chemical Engineering

Experience: 5–7 years

M.Sc / B.E in Chemical Engineering
5–7 years of relevant experience in chemical process engineering or related field
Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS)
Strong understanding of unit operations, thermodynamics, and reaction engineering
Experience with safety and risk assessment methodologies (e.g., HAZOP, FMEA)
Excellent problem -solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast -paced environments
