Lead and oversee large -scale statutory audit engagements with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, accounting frameworks, and audit methodologies across all engagements.
Manage and strengthen key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and driving client retention and expansion.
Mentor and develop audit teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.
Contribute to strategic planning, business development, and firm -wide initiatives to support sustainable growth.
Act as a role model for integrity, leadership, and client -centric service delivery.

Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant currently working with a CA firm to join our leadership team as a Senior Director / Prospective Partner, with a strong focus on Statutory Audits. The role requires 20+ years of overall experience, including at least 7 years leading a business vertical. The incumbent will lead large statutory audit engagements, ensure regulatory excellence, manage key client relationships, and support firm growth. Strong technical expertise, leadership presence, and a strategic mindset are essential. This role offers high autonomy and a clear pathway to partnership.
