Job Description - Required CSA/TSA for Tech Support Process

It has claimed the single point of platform for all solutions to our customers with continual deliverance in IT enable support systems. The company has three sister companies registered under the parent company of Adeeba group namely epcheal.com, thepcspeedster.com, mahvishgroup.com, pairsys.com.

Job Description

JOB Descriptions:-

Primary role will involve making outbound calls to different countries includes (US/UK/Australia/New Zealand)

1)Process:- Outbound Voice (Sales)

2) Shifts:-UK/US/Australia/New Zealand

3) Salary:- 8000/- to 18000/- (Fixed) + Incentives

4) Shift Timing:-Day(8:30am- 6:30pm) & Night(10pm-7am)

5) Experience:- at least 6 months to 7 yrs

6) Criteria:- Excellent English communication

7) Location:- Salt Lake Sector-5

8) Salary is not a constraint for right candidate

9) Both Day and Night Shift available.

Qualifications

any 10+2/completed basic graduation

Additional Information

Eligibility:

• Candidate with Excellent Communication Skill.

• Candidate with at least 6 months experience in Outbound Sales or UK/US Customer care Process.

• Fresher with excellent communication skill can apply

• Candidate with age limit 18 -35 can apply only.

• Candidate with 1.6 years of Tech Support experience can apply for INBOUND
