We are looking for a skilled and detail -oriented Formwork Design Engineer to join our technical design team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for engineering safe, efficient, and cost -effective form work solutions for our high -rise residential, commercial, and institutional building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Formwork System Design: Conceptualize and design various Conventional Formwork systems tailored to specific building construction project requirements.
  

• Structural & Load Calculations: Perform rigorous hands -on dead load, live load, and concrete pressure calculations to ensure structural stability and safety during concrete pours.
  

• Aluminium Formwork Management: Review, verify, and check Aluminium Formwork (Mivan/modular systems) layouts, shell plans, and components supplied by vendors or internal teams.
  

• Drafting & Detailing: Utilize AutoCAD to generate highly accurate, detailed structural drawings, staging plans, section details, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
  

• Cross -Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with site execution teams and project managers to troubleshoot on -site layout issues, ensuring seamless alignment between drawings and actual site execution.
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech or M.E. / M.Tech in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
  

• Experience: 3 to 10 years of solid experience in design engineering within building construction projects (High -rise residential/commercial towers preferred).
  

• Software Skills: Expert -level proficiency in AutoCAD. Familiarity with other structural analysis software is a major asset.
  

• Technical Expertise:
  

  • Proven hands -on experience in Load Calculations for scaffolding and formwork.
    

  • Experience with checking and verifying Aluminium Formwork systems.
    

• Core Competencies: Strong analytical mind, attention to structural safety, and clear communication skills to collaborate with site teams.
  

Note to Structural Engineers: Candidates with a pure Structural Design background who have strong foundational knowledge in load distributions and concrete design—and are willing to transition into specialized Formwork Design—are highly encouraged to apply.
