Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and energetic Physical Science Teacher to join our faculty at our campus in Madinaguda. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, conceptual, and engaging instruction in Physics and Chemistry to secondary school students.

The ideal candidate will possess deep subject-matter expertise, exceptional classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire a analytical, inquiry-driven mindset in students through both theoretical lessons and practical laboratory work.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Design, prepare, and execute comprehensive daily lesson plans in Physical Science (Physics and Chemistry) in accordance with the school curriculum.
  

• Laboratory & Practical Learning: Organize and supervise practical science lab experiments, ensuring safety protocols while demonstrating key concepts through hands-on learning.
  

• Assessment & Evaluation: Create regular assignments, test papers, and examinations. Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
  

• Student Mentorship: Identify diverse learning needs among students, offering extra support to struggling learners while challenging advanced students.
  

• Parent-Teacher Communication: Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to provide clear, actionable feedback regarding student academic progress and behavior.
  

• Co-Curricular Participation: Assist in organizing science fairs, exhibitions, quizzes, and other school events to promote scientific curiosity campus-wide.
  

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Education:
  

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, or Physical Science (B.Sc / M.Sc mandatory).
    

  • Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized university is strongly preferred.
    

• Experience:
  

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven teaching experience in Physical Science at the Middle/High School level (Grades 8 to 10).
    

• Skills:
  

  • Flawless verbal and written communication skills in English.
    

  • Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics and Chemistry topics.
    

  • Familiarity with modern teaching tools, smart boards, and digital classroom technology.
    

Compensation & Working Conditions

• Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹47,000 per month.
