Description: Reservation Executive (5 -Star Resort)

Location: Kalkaji, New Delhi
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience & last
drawn salary)

Role Summary

A premium 5 -star resort is looking for a professional and detail -oriented Reservation
Executive to manage bookings and guest inquiries. The ideal candidate
should have prior experience in luxury hospitality and excellent communication
skills to ensure seamless reservation handling and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle room reservations,
  inquiries, and booking confirmations
  
• Manage guest communication
  via calls, emails, and online platforms
  
• Ensure accurate entry of
  booking details in reservation systems
  
• Coordinate with front office
  and sales teams for availability and pricing
  
• Maintain occupancy reports
  and reservation records
  
• Upsell packages and maximize
  room revenue
  
• Provide excellent customer
  service to enhance guest experience
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in 5 -star
  hotels/resorts (Mandatory)
  
• Strong command over spoken
  and written English
  
• Experience handling
  properties with ARR ₹10,000 – ₹12,000+
  
• Knowledge of reservation
  systems and hospitality software
  
• Good communication and
  customer handling skills
  
• Detail -oriented and
  organized approach
