We are seeking a talented and analytical Research Analyst to join our investment research team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in equity research and investment banking, who are looking to contribute to high-quality analysis that informs investment decisions. As a Research Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting buy-side strategies, performing rigorous financial and market research, and providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

1. Equity & Market Research
• Conduct detailed fundamental and technical analysis of publicly listed companies, sectors, and market trends.
• Build financial models, including valuation, DCF, comparable company analysis, and scenario-based forecasts.
• Prepare research reports, investment recommendations, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
2. Investment Banking Support
• Assist senior analysts and bankers in M&A, IPO, and other capital market transactions.
• Conduct due diligence, collect financial and operational data, and support transaction structuring.
• Track market developments, regulatory changes, and industry news relevant to assigned sectors.
3. Buy-Side Analysis & Strategy
• Provide actionable insights for portfolio managers and investment committees.
• Monitor company performance, earnings, and sector-specific developments to inform investment decisions.
• Collaborate with the research team to identify investment opportunities and manage risks.
4. Reporting & Presentation
• Prepare high-quality presentations, pitch books, and reports for client meetings and internal discussions.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
• Maintain organized research documentation and data repositories for reference and compliance.
5. Continuous Learning & Collaboration
• Stay updated on market developments, macroeconomic trends, and sector-specific dynamics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trading, advisory, and portfolio management, to support investment initiatives.
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to team process improvements.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Minimum 2 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or buy-side analytics.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and other research tools.
• Understanding of capital markets, valuation methods, and corporate finance concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate research findings effectively.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights for decision-making.
