Research Analyst will work closely with portfolio managers, fund managers, and client advisors to deliver high -quality research and insights across asset classes. This role is critical to shaping investment views and supporting client portfolio decisions.

Key pillars of the role:
Pillar 1: Research
- Conduct in -depth research and analysis across equities, mutual funds, bonds, and other investment products to support investment decision -making.
- Evaluate financial statements, industry reports, market trends, and key economic indicators to identify viable investment opportunities and potential risks.
- Contribute to quarterly Mutual Fund research initiatives and support enhanced research collaboration across departments.
- Regularly update Net Asset Values (NAVs) in internal reports and download relevant fund factsheets on a weekly and monthly basis to maintain accurate data repositories.
- Assist the in -house fund manager with detailed company -specific, peer -comparative, and sectoral research to strengthen portfolio strategies.
- Build and manage professional relationships with a diverse range of Fund Managers across Mutual Funds and Portfolio Management Services (PMS) to stay updated on market insights and product developments.
Pillar 2: Investment Recommendations
- Prepare well -structured and data -backed investment recommendations for both equity and debt securities.
- Present recommendations and research findings to portfolio managers, senior leadership, and relevant stakeholders to support informed investment decisions.
Pillar 3: Market Trends and Macro -Economic Analysis
- Continuously monitor macro -economic trends, policy updates, global market movements, and regulatory developments affecting the investment landscape.
- Analyse their potential impact on portfolio performance and provide actionable insights on global and regional economic conditions.
- Support the development of forward -looking perspectives that guide strategic investment positioning.
Pillar 4: Strategy & Client Meetings
- Accompany business heads to important client meetings, assist in presenting investment insights, and help address client questions and concerns.
- Develop and refine asset allocation strategies tailored to various client risk profiles, financial goals, and market conditions.
- Support the creation of high -quality presentations and reports to enhance client understanding and engagement.
Who Should Apply:
- CA Freshers can apply.
- Professionals with 0 -2 years of experience in research analyst roles or wealth/PMS/AMC firms.
- CA/CFA is mandatory.
- Strong in fundamental and financial analysis.
- Preferably certified with NISM -Series XXI B, and driven by high ownership, attention to detail, and a passion for capital markets
