Objective of the Role

We are looking for multiple people to join our team who are excited to work in a fast space startup. We are seeking a Research Assistant/ Research Associate/Scientist to work in,  on-bench, research and development team. 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Experience in molecular biology experiments including PCR, cloning, transformation, DNA and RNA isolation techniques, Western blot.
• Basics microbiology:  transformation, inoculation, streaking, etc.
• Ability to design experiments and monitor laboratory consumables.
• Ability to organise and meticulously document the daily work.
• Ability to  interpret basic experimental results, eg meaning of bands on agarose gel and Western blots.
• Motivated to work hard to create real life impact.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 

• Masters degree having 0-5 years of experience.
• Ph. D. with minimum 0-3 years of experience in Bioengineering or a related field.
• Experience in molecular biology and microbiology laboratory techniques is advantageous.
• A good team player who is also independent and self-driven.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
