POSITION AVAILABLE: Resource Executive (Outbound Calls) for the Market Research Company

Position Requirements:

• Engage with target customers to explain the details and purpose of mystery audits


• Possess strong persuasion skills and clear, effective communication abilities


• Handle customer queries confidently and maintain engaging, goal-oriented conversations


• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, professionalism, and emotional maturity in interpersonal interactions


• Have clear and meaningful conversations with customers to share important details and set up visits when needed


• Responsible for scheduling site visits for potential customers in coordination with project timelines


• Accurately document call outcomes and maintain comprehensive call records


• Generate qualified leads through outreach and engagement (Note: No sales involved)


• Must be a graduate with a strong grasp of communication and coordination best practices

Key Role and Responsibilities Includes:

• Source and recruit mystery shoppers daily through various online platforms, adhering to the task checklist


• Coordinate with shoppers across regions via phone, Microsoft Teams, and email to ensure smooth execution of assignments


• Train and guide shoppers on survey protocols, project guidelines, and qualifying criteria through effective communication and dialogue


• Schedule mystery shopping visits and ensure timely submission of reports for task completion


• Provide updates to respective project managers, including fieldwork status, report insights, and actionable recommendations, as outlined in the task checklist


• Act as the single point of contact for an assigned country/region, delivering responsive support to evaluators regarding inquiries, concerns, or technical issues


• Communicate proactively with the Project Manager on project-specific challenges, location-related concerns, and other relevant updates

Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

Education- Graduate / MBA with min 1/2+ yrs experience in similar role or handled the outbound calls/recruitments of various regions

Competency Skills:

• Excellent communication skills with mandatory fluency in both English and Hindi


• Full ownership and accountability for assigned projects


• Ensure adherence to quality and performance standards


• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines


• Customer-focused approach with a proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships


• Excel knowledge will be added advantage.
