Resource Management Group (RMG)

Resource Allocation & Management: Allocate resources to projects based on skill sets, availability, and project requirements. Coordinate with Project Managers and Team Leads to ensure resource allocation aligns with project timelines. Monitor resource utilization rates and ensure they align with business needs. Demand & Supply Forecasting: Work closely with HR and Business Development to forecast resource demand based on upcoming projects. Ensure proper planning for upcoming projects and the availability of required skills in advance. Track project progress to identify changes in resource requirements and plan accordingly. Resource Utilization & Optimization: Ensure maximum resource utilization by identifying idle time and assigning appropriate tasks. Monitor resource productivity and provide recommendations to optimize performance. Identify any skills gap and propose training, certifications, or hiring needs.
