Job Description - Resource Management Senior Analyst

4-6 years of Global Resource Management experience in IT/ITES Competent in using MS-Excel Will be responsible for end to end fulfillment including including demand-supply matching, allocation, bench management, tracking and monitoring progress of fulfilment opened with other sourcing channels Will have to interact with delivery managers to understand resource requirement Will have to interact with resources for explaining project roles & responsibilities Coordinate with various departments such as Recruitment, Training & Development, HR, Immigration and Employee relations in the course of resource fulfilment
