Restaurant Operations Manager

This is a full-time on-site role in Kollam for a Restaurant Manager at Sri Govindas. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the entire operations and maintaining high-quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will manage staff recruitment, trainings, handle schedules and payroll, and develop marketing strategies to promote the business, budgeting, SOP etc. The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields. 

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Recruitment and training of staff
• Managing the customer queries and maintain the high quality standard
• Manage the daily functions of the business
• Handle legal and statutory compliances
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
• Manage budget to align with goals of business
• SOP preparation and implementation
• Inventory and purchase management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Willingness to work on Holidays
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations for the food industry
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field is an added advantage
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to guide and motivate staff
• Certifications in food safety and hygiene are preferred
