Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Resume Writing Expert Trainer to conduct employability and career readiness training programs. The trainer will be responsible for helping participants create professional, ATS -friendly resumes, optimize LinkedIn profiles, prepare effective cover letters, and improve their job application skills.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging training sessions on professional resume writing.
Train participants to create ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatible resumes.
Guide candidates on resume formatting, content, and industry -specific customization.
Conduct workshops on LinkedIn profile optimization and personal branding.
Provide guidance on cover letter writing and job application strategies.
Assist participants in highlighting their skills, achievements, and work experience effectively.
Conduct mock resume reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with current recruitment trends and hiring practices.
Required Skills
Excellent resume writing and editing skills.
Strong knowledge of ATS -based resume standards.
Understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
Knowledge of LinkedIn profile optimization.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Certification in Career Coaching, Resume Writing, HR, or Soft Skills Training is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in resume writing, career coaching, talent acquisition, HR, or employability training.
Experience conducting workshops for students, fresh graduates, or working professionals is preferred.
