Job Description - Retail Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales:
• Ensure 100% sales process implementation and compliance
• Meet daily sales and conversion targets and improve performance on all KPIs (including OL, Edge Profit Pool and Accessory Sales)
Customer Service:
• Ensure all customers are attended to appropriately and timely resolution of customer escalations
• Daily follow up on complaints with the concerned stakeholders to ensure timely resolution as per predefined SLA & TAT
• Improve overall customer experience (VOC, Customer NPS, Mystery Audit Score) and take corrective actions based on customer feedback
Continuous Learning:
• Keeping updated on product knowledge, promotions and processes
• Attending trainings
Process: Ensure compliance of all SOPs relating to Sales and Service within the category

Requirements

Educational Qualification : Any graduate

Communication Skills : Excellent communication in English & Hindi

Experience : 0 -2 years
