Retail Sales Executive

• Warmly welcome
  customers and provide inspiring shopping experiences to fans
  of all ages.
  
• Understand
  individual customer needs, present the LEGO product
  range, and highlight additional benefits of
  purchasing LEGO products.
  
• Collaborate with
  other sales associates to ensure the best possible service for
  LEGO customers.
  
• Act in accordance
  with company procedures and guidelines provided by your
  supervisor.
  
• Ensure the store
  back -office is organized and maintain product availability on
  the sales floor
  
• Address customer
  complaints and escalate difficult situations to a
  supervisor.
  
• Follow health and
  safety procedures (BHP).
  

Requirements

• Previous retail
  experience is preferred
  
• Be a brand
  ambassador and represent the values of LEGO.
  
• Excellent customer
  service skills.
  
• Very good
  organizational and communication skills.
  
• Basic computer
  skills are an advantage.
  
• Experience working
  with children is a plus.
  
• Willingness to work
  flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
