Role Summary

A reputed Insurance Broking Company is looking for a dynamic and customer -focused Retail Sales Executive for its operations in Hinjewadi, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets.

The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer -oriented approach, and the ability to build strong relationships while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential customers through various sales channels.
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
  
• Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and terms clearly to customers.
  
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
  
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, documentation, and renewals.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer queries professionally.
  
• Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and industry developments.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
  
• Prior experience in retail sales, insurance sales, financial services, or customer -facing sales roles will be preferred.
  
• Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
