Job Description - Retail Sales Officer

Position Summary

ï· Selling the merchandise in their section to the customer gauging their

requirements, interests and tastes

Principle Accountabilities

Sales and Stock

ï· Responsible for the achievement of the target assigned

ï· Daily stock check and indenting with the supervision of the SOMASP

ï· Stock verification and storage of fresh stock

ï· Preparing the stock reports

Relationship Management

ï· Providing excellent service to the customer during the sales process

ï· Handling customer objections

ï· Post sale follow up with customers as per the responsibility assigned

ï· Responsible for extending sale and influencing the customer to purchase more

ï· Briefing the customer about, value added services offered by the Kirtilals.

Visual Merchandising & Display

ï· Display of Jewellery within the counters in the specified format and its

maintenance

ï· Display of VM kits in the mood windows, its maintenance and periodic change

ï· Display of POP material, festival VM material or other promotional display

material and its removal after the indented period

ï· Ensuring cleanliness and good housekeeping within the showroom.

Requirements
