Nestasia is looking for a Retention Marketing Manager who drives customer retention and lifetime value to fuel revenue growth. Develops and owns strategy, roadmap, and execution for retention marketing channels including direct mail, email & SMS. Partners with marketing, e-commerce, digital product teams and agencies to design impactful campaigns and tests.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Grows and optimizes email, SMS, and direct mail channels through strategic campaign development and execution, analysis, reporting, and ongoing optimization
- Establishes and forecasts marketing budget to drive growth for Nestasia across all channels, with particular focus on contact channels (eg: email, SMS and direct mail)
- Leads and manages weekly, monthly and quarterly digital marketing reporting and analysis
- Provides guidance and recommendations on email / SMS list growth by acquisition source and customer value
- Optimizes trigger programs and customer journeys to drive lifetime value, analyzing performance and testing creative and messaging
- Works with Performance Marketing team to optimize audience builds, maximizing engagement and revenue
- Works with content and creative teams to align audiences and assets to ensure business objectives are met and messaging to the consumer is clear and actionable
- Develops testing roadmap and learning agenda to optimize campaigns and drive results
- Takes on other opportunities to drive business across marketing channels, with near term focus on affiliates
- Performs duties consistent with the Company’s Affirmative action plan(AAP), goals and policies.
- Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Finance
- 2+ years of ecommerce and/or CRM experience
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Strong technical knowledge relevant to typical ecommerce environment
