Neolytix provides management services to healthcare providers, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and revenue performance. We are seeking a talented Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon to support our US-based healthcare clients. 

Position Overview:   

The Revenue Cycle Analyst will be responsible for analyzing revenue performance, ensuring accurate medical coding, and leveraging analytical tools to provide insights and recommendations. This role requires a strong understanding of US Healthcare Medical Coding, proficiency in Power BI, and the ability to build and interpret statistical models. 

Key Responsibilities:   

- Analyze revenue cycle performance and identify areas for improvement. 

- Ensure accurate and compliant medical coding practices. 

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI. 

- Build and interpret regression models and other statistical analyses to provide actionable insights. 

- Collaborate with US-based clients to understand their revenue cycle challenges and provide data-driven solutions. 

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management. 

- Assist in the implementation of new processes and technologies to optimize revenue cycle management. 

Qualifications:   

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or a related field. 

- 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related field, preferably in the US healthcare industry. 

- Strong understanding of US Healthcare Medical Coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS). 

- Proficiency in Power BI and experience in building dashboards and reports. 

- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and experience with regression analysis. 

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Preferred Skills:   

- Certification in Medical Coding (CPC, CCS, etc.). 

- Experience with other data visualization tools. 

- Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management software.
