About the role
The Program Manager (RevOps) owns the end-to-end execution and coordination of strategic revenue and operational initiatives. Operating as a critical bridge between our US and Indian stakeholders and leadership teams, this role ensures timely, scalable, and efficient execution by aligning cross-functional teams, GTM (Go-To-Market) timelines, operational priorities, and data-driven decision-making.

Act as the primary operational liaison bridging US stakeholders, Indian leadership, and cross-functional operational teams.
Drive alignment on program priorities, risks, and milestones, seamlessly navigating cross-cultural communication and time zone overlaps.
Organize and facilitate cross-functional reviews, ensuring absolute transparency, active risk tracking, and informed executive decision-making.
Revenue Process & Funnel Coordination:
Ensure that US and global teams face no operational bottlenecks by streamlining CRM workflows, data hygiene, and sales enablement processes.
Proactively identify friction points in the customer journey and internal revenue cycle, driving swift resolutions.
Market Feedback & Integration:
Monitor field data, customer success metrics, and operational feedback to identify recurring trends and areas for process improvement.
Work with leadership to drive corrective actions and close the loop on GTM strategies and operational updates.
Data-Driven Execution:
Track and report performance metrics such as revenue velocity, collections, pipeline conversion, timelines, and US team operational efficiency.
Build dashboards, reports, and frameworks to improve visibility and accountability for both US and Indian leadership.
Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence:
Identify gaps in workflows and implement process improvements across the revenue engine.
Continuously improve team velocity, asynchronous communication practices, and execution standards.
Take ownership of special strategic projects involving cross-functional or executive visibility.
